Ask IH: How do I find a good and affordable codementor I can ask for advice on a regular basis?

Hey, I am looking for a codementor (yes I know the website codementor - find it not the best to find a good mentor) who helps me out/ can give me advises on a regular basis. I am working on different side-projects and know how to code but often run into specific problems I can't solve because of the lack of my skills or perhaps I am too dumb :-) - So looking forward to some ideas/recommendations
