Ask IH: Spreadsheets to help me run my business?
Hey guys,
I was wondering if you guys know any open source spreadsheets that could be useful to run a business?
I am a big fan of excel yet I am a very disorganised person and I would love to know if you have any good spreadsheets that would help with the following:

Strategic roadmap spreadsheets

Product roadmap spreadsheets

Customer analysis / demand analysis spreadsheets

Team planning and organisation

KPI trackers / objectives

Strategy / vision spreadsheets
On the other hand if a Indie Hacker is willing to create those spreadsheets for us, I would love to talk :)

We simply use Google Sheets and built our own very simple formulas to run simple profit/loss, occupancy etc.
You mention you would characterise yourself as a very disorganised person. In that case, I would ensure whatever method you choose offers the path of least resistance. Keep things simple as possible
If just starting out, use sheets and graduate to Airtable etc as required. Or use a combination of a CRM with sheets plugged in.
