Ask IH: Would You Use Our Service?

If I can be really honest with you, you should put in a lot of extra work to improve your website. It doesn't need to be all shiny for an MVP, but right now it's just a poorly designed Blogger page. Use a simple page builder or template and it shouldn't take you more than a few hours. There are plenty of them around, also for free.

Especially when you offer a service backed by something advanced like AI, you really can't be taken seriously with something like this. So add a decent landing page that explains the concept in an appealing way. Moreover, please get rid of that green color scheme.

It's also totally unclear to me what this ''AI'' is supposed to do, but it is very clear there is none.

I think first off I would say No, I would not use your service. BUT, that's because I don't understand how your service works. For you and your team, I think I would need to know the whole process instead of just receiving an output.

How exactly do you feed in the data to your AI? Seems the advice is mostly common sense. Your website is also too green, it hurts the eyes, I would recommend you change it to be less bright.

Honestly, the examples you provided were quite lame. This could be answered easily. What if I ask you a diplomatic or situational question? Will it be helpful the same way?

Really curious to understand the AI element here.

For me, the website still hadn't loaded after 10 seconds, just said 'Establishing secure connection...', I tried twice, and I'm on a fairly fast internet connection.
