Ask IH: Your thoughts on a job board service following Twitter model?

Hi,

I'm curious what's your thoughts of a job board social service? So people follow topics and then show jobs based on those topics (the location will be taken in and saved). It will not use current approaches which are inputting keywords and location.

What do you think? I can sense some limitation but then again, which platform doesn't.
