We are at 14 employees now and we are at a point where I cannot personally handle all training to new employees. Sales training is particularly difficult as we sell a quite technical SaaS product (PPC Ecommerce Marketing Optimization).
Any experiences handling this?
I am also especifically looking for a tool to document the processes and knowledge required to do the sales process and give it to new recruits. I've searched for LMS systems but they are quite expensive. Im looking for something below 100 USD a month if possible.
