    Epics:

    By the end of September:

✓ Users able to change the colors on their community without writing any code

    ✓ Finish our YC application

    • Apply to the Winter 2019 batch

    • Users able to change their fonts on their community without writing any code

✓ Make user's community link more visible and make it easy to share their community out on social channels

(Stretch Epic) Finish Post and User management

Yesterday: We finished our first draft of our YC App and submitted it to Stripe Atlas for feedback.

Today: Deployed our color customization code and user-reported bug fixes to production. Reached out to our alpha users to try it out.

Kudos: Shout out to @Adith for being our first alpha tester and keeping us motivated. His feedback is now in production. If you also want to be an alpha tester, head over to Threadbase (https://threadbase.io) and sign up.

Our Work in Progress: You can see what we're working on at https://threadbase.io. We are still in our alpha stage, but you can already see how easy it will be to make your own Product Hunt, Hacker News, or other vote-based community without writing any code.

      Looking great, Chris!

    2. 1

Wow. Look at this progress! Y'all are making this happen! How taxing was the YC application?

  2. 2

I've been a bad accountability buddy past few weeks...but today's a new day!

EPICGet my product ready for a legit, public beta. User auth, a solid core set of features to interest users, etc. Continue to research the space/marketing avenues/my audience and network.

Yesterday Finished a "Top News" section, similar to Google News, but with more insights and less bullshit, IMO. Also set up a Slack channel to chat about the news, media, and anything else related to my product and the space it's in.

TODAY I deployed what I think is the ready-to-go beta version of my app. So now it's time to share it with the people who've expressed interest (directly or indirectly) and get a solid batch of beta users to play with it and get me feedback.

KUDOS to @Harlem, of course, and @ernestofreyreg for getting a shit ton done today

My pleasure, @jonathanmv! (And welcome!) Are you pitching Autentica to Y-Combinator? When is the deadline?

      1. 1

Yes, but not in it's actual state. I want to build tools that improve people's mental health. Here's one of the tools: 4 seconds mood booster. Please it out and let me know what you think. It takes less than 3 mins
