Hey bro I've used many such tools and there's still a lot you can do to improve it. I'm gonna give you some tips which are on a different tangent but is relevant to your website:
The form from where you can enter your website domain - there should be a info popup or something to tell users to enter their website name only without www or http
Once you generate the report, give direct links to the issues that are found. For eg: your app says I need to leverage browser caching for https://xyz.domain/main.js Make that a link or add a button next to it which goes there. Even better, because you're parsing the html, you can simply cache the html temporarily and link the line number(of where that url is) beside the link.
Taking it a step further, you can also parse the links and give direct feedback in a modal/popup window. For eg: if the link appears to be a google analytics script, give a brief description of what it is and how to solve it.
The design looks pretty good otherwise.
