Yes you can. Paddle supports both subscriptions and one-off payments. So I see no reason why you can't use Paddle :-)

Yes it does :-) Table2Site uses Paddle for subscriptions. My other site (studiowombat.com) uses Paddle for one-time payments.

Yes. I think they don't have any restrictions for job boards. Since they support subscriptions for SaaS apps, it should also work for job boards.
