Hi,
I'm running my own brand as a one-person-business. How do you find the time and energy to put out good content consistently? I find myself falling off again and again because I put my energy to product development and other marketing channels.
Is social media a must in 2018? Is it possible to disregard your own accounts in social media and put your focus on other marketing channels?
After all, social media marketing is incredibly crowded today. Most brands seem to view it as a given channel. What do you think?
Just pick one channel. One source of traffic and focus on that.
Social media's a good channel but that doesn't necessarily mean it's going to be the most profitable one to run your business.
I'd recommend reading the book "Traction" by Gabriel Weinberg and Justin Mares to get a quick overview of some of the most used marketing channels out there. Run a few experiments of the ones you think might be the most relevant to Paca and document/analyze your results. Re-iterate until you find a suitable channel that gives the most ROI and then double down on it.
