You might be in one of these scenarios:
1- You have a SaaS startup who just completed or going to complete development and looking for a solution to bill for your SaaS, and manage the free trials, sales, churn, and revenue stats.
2- You work for a SaaS business and are tasked to build an integration with a billing system (like Stripe, Chargebee, Chargify, Recurly, etc), and provide a dashboard to view all sales and SaaS analytics to manage the SaaS.
3- A SaaS professional consultant who is working for a SaaS business and can’t get the proper growth report you need because sales and user activity data is completely segregated.
If you are familiar with any of those cases, I would love to hear your answers to the questions below, which I think will be very beneficial to the community as well:
👉 Are you using Stripe?
👉 What is your pricing model and how did you create your pricing table?
👉 How are you planning on managing your SaaS and your daily analytics?
👉 What do you think about our prototype: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EsMyZT1hGbQ
My team and I will be in SF from July 19th to August 2nd. I would love to meet with you and help, or maybe we can discuss the future of SaaS together over coffee :)
I honestly think pricing is a bit high.
I think the price is too high for early startups, but could be fine for startups that have already some revenue. The thing is, if they already have revenue, they probably also have a payment and pricing system in place, so selling to them may be harder...
A strategy could be to add a free tier to attract very early startups. They will benefit from not having to implement the pricing and payment, and once they cannot fit anymore in the free tier, they will have to choose between paying servicebot or implementing everything from scratch.

I'm assuming the customer has also to provide their own Stripe account? That's a showstopper for me, as mobilit.ee is registered in Estonia and Stripe won't (currently) deal with Estonian companies.
I've been looking at a lot of similar products recently. Particular issues have been:
choice of payment gateways - some won't support my region, others consider monthly subscription a high risk when dealing with an unfunded startup
price - your prices are not high compared to many other providers, but frankly not low either. Similar to Chargebee, but they offer a free service until you make $50k revenue. billwerk.io starts at €5/month
ease of applying metered charges - obviously I didn't look though your docs enough to make any opinion on this
Servicebot looks good, and fairly comprehensive. Stripe would be a problem for me, but not for anyone registered in the US or Western Europe (which is a lot of people). At the price, I'd have to wonder what you're offering that (say) Chargebee don't.
Best of luck!!
This is great! Thank you. So Chargebee and the rest of the competitors in the market are tailored to handle subscription payment for all industries, not just SaaS. Therefore their architecture works around subscription and addons. SaaS companies have more complex use cases, they need tiers and also need to allow customers to upgrade and downgrade between tiers. Chargebee doesn’t have this functionality. And the second thing is the ease of use, with ServiceBot you are eliminating almost all coding aspects from your end and purely relying on ServiceBot embeddables. The price is high for early stage startups, unfortunately we can’t afford to support freemium models at the moment, but we also don’t take any percentage of your revenue like Chargebee does either.
I've tested integration with a number of products - none of which were yours so I can't directly compare. However, no integration took me more than a couple of days, and all included support for upgrades and downgrades, and a mix of monthly subscription + out-of-contract usage metered billing. All of them provided off the shelf UI at least for the payment and some kind of customer portal.
Other common (and valuable) features of other products included a development sandbox, and support for EU VAT place of supply rules for digital services. It wasn't clear to me whether you supported these.
Interesting product. Is it available for use right now? I am always looking at simpler ways to get my SaaS pricing pages generated and connected to my payment systems.
@manishb01 It is actually available right now on https://servicebot.io . We actually did a soft launch today and would love to get IH community feedback as well. I think building SaaS should we so much easier. You should never have to change your website code every time you want to change your pricing page. It should be automatically updated when you reprice your software. And that's what we have done. Let me know what you think if you ended up trying it :)
I think your product idea is good, but your pricing is insane.
Let me clarify why I think that, rather than just criticising...
Stripe is EASY to implement. Super easy. For any mid-level developer its a piece of cake, but even a junior developer could implement Stripe, and that includes tiers, upgrading and downgrading etc.
Now think about a company and how they budget. Are they going to pay YOU multiple thousands of dollars PER MONTH?
OR are they going pay a developer maybe $2000 ONE TIME ONLY to implement their payments system?
If you're building a product like this then your pricing MUST, I repeat MUST represent more value to your customer than them just hiring someone and doing it themselves. If it doesn't then your business is broken.
Solid work @darafsheh . I've faced these same problems myself in my SaaS, and had to custom code solutions (I'm a fullstack dev and still had trouble).
The starting price is steep for a starting company. How long is the free trial?
Free trial is 14 days
thays pretty cool, I will look into your offering when we are closer to launch our b2b saas in a few months. should save us some time (edit: not money)
yeah the price is a on a steeper side of things. in your demo the basic plan is $99/mo but your own basic is more lol
Thank you for the feedback. That is great, and I would love to help. If you have questions, you can book a 30 minutes consultation with me here: https://servicebot.io/contact
