How do you collect your feedbacks for your SAAS products?

Hey,

Yes, I am building a product that focuses on managing product feedbacks. But this post isn't to pitch hellonext here.

I would like to understand how product makers and product owners manage these feedbacks which we get from many sources. Also, to group them to understand the most important feedbacks? How all these are done so far?

Just trying to understand the product owners here.

    I ask :)

    When people signup for my project, I send them an email saying thank you, and asking them a question (what is the need for my service).

    Most of these emails are ignored, but I get a few per week that show me what is the main usage.

    I let people know that they can reply to any email I/the app sends them.

    The reply-to is always an address to my helpdesk, which I can then tag from my helpdesk as feedback-whatever.
