How to be a Contributor in Forbes & Entrepreneur?

I have tried more than 3 times to be a Contributor in Forbes & Entrepreneur platform, but I didn't get any response from them.
If anyone has an Idea or already contributed in Forbes & Entrepreneur, Could you please share your experience here so we can apply as that way!!

The guys from basecamp actually wrote about this a bit in their book rework, You shouldn't be focusing on trying to attract big PR, chances are it'll cost way more than it's worth initially and the flood of people won't be that sticky, I'd suggest trying to focus on more niche PR companies, forbes probably look at what other smaller PR companies are publishing and if they see something they like they run with it

Yes, if your article is very good and the topic will attract editors of Forbes & Entrepreneur then they will surely publish. The real fact is every day they are getting lots of requests so I think for them it's not possible to review all articles. You just write a good article & send to the given mail id.

Yes, I did this 3 times and I think my article was also good for readers what they exactly want but don't know what happened. I think they are accepting only C level person like CEO or CTO..
