How to get beta testers for a crypto trading tools platform?

So... I've got a crypto trading tools platform that I built with some help: https://cryptocron.com, and I'm having a bit hard to find beta testers to test out the platform. I think it's a bit harder than usual cause beta testers generally need to have some crypto to trade with and will probably need to be comfortable making trades. So far I've tried posting to a few Facebook groups, a bitcoin forum, some Telegram groups. Am I missing anything? Any ideas? Marketing isn't exactly my forte.

    Hey there -

Feel free to use my post that I used to get alpha users for my side project -- Threadbase.io -- as a template: https://www.indiehackers.com/forum/need-alpha-users-make-your-own-product-hunt-hacker-news-or-vote-based-community-no-coding-needed-4b780e8c60 . That 1 post got us 100 emails signed up in 24 hours.

    The main things are:

    1. Come up with an engaging post title that delivers value for people interested (e.g. Looking for alpha users for a new crypto app that makes it <insert value prop>)

    2. Have a TL;DR up front that tells them where to go to sign up

    3. Writer a longer explanation of who you are, what you're working on, why you're working on it, and what value it delivers.

    Best of luck!

Wow, just from an IH post... didn't realize this community was that big (just started lurking only a few months ago). Thanks for the tip!

Try finding a local slack group or meetup community in your area. People will be more trusting and open to giving feedback if you are connected to them in a physical way (could meet, or they met you at an event)
