How to go about sales for very-niche product?

Anyone have experience in Enterprise sales (in the thousands/month)? Or any tips to help with selling data per a monthly basis?

I've been working with a remote partner on a consumer-facing product in a super niche space that has some big players that have been wanting to build it, but no one has created it because of the technical hurdles and/or costs associated in the project.

One the more prominent players has approached us to either acquire the people-talent or sell the IP outright. They are also interested in accessing our data, which we are currently exploring and are in talks with.

We are charging value-based pricing (in the thousands / month) -- relative to what a senior dev would cost in salary to work on something for half a year + more, we are about to follow up with a monthly price that is 50% off of what that would cost.

Anyone have any direction you can steer me/us towards? Any help is appreciated :)
