Could you please describe how you landed or reached to your target audience?
For the first 1, I aim for manuel outreach. I find out where my targeted audience hanged out. for example: A facebook group. I then manual send them an inbox and start a convo around the problem they facing.

Congrats!! What kind of product is it? One-time or monthly recurring? I ask because I’m considering a similar price point and have the “if it’s not $19.99 or less then it’s out of every small businesses budget” mindset.
Small business don't mean small budget!
If you solving a real problem, then you should easily be able to charge $99 per month or more.
Take a look at this:
Why work hard to get 1 customer at $19.99, when the same effort can land you a $99 per month customer.
It's a $99 monthly reoccurring product!
No one complain about the $99, I'm not pricing it base on the competition but base on the value.
