I have a potential product but I don't know what should I do.

Hey,

I had a raw idea of an API first landing and web page generator so I build bgine.com for fun! I guess it called minimum viable product. But Now I have no Idea what to do next. Does it worth to work? How could I notice people about it and get feedback?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Use this MVP to validate the most critical hypotheses. Does your product have a unique value proposition? Does it solve a problem? Does it solve this problem well? Do enough people have this problem? Can you earn money with this solution? ...

Create a business model with the Business Model Canvas.

And then iterate through the Build-Measure-Learn cycle in order to validate your hypotheses.

    -------

I think many people have this problem actually. They build something and don't know what to do then. This is one of the reasons why I'm doing a case study currently where I go from zero to (hopefully profitable) business in the next 3 months.

This week is the Ideation phase, but soon I will reach the same point as you. So maybe it's helpful if you follow this case study :)

As mentioned by @Grend, try to define what problem you solve.

What makes your solution provide value for people that can/want/need to use it?

A nice excercise is filling out the Value Proposition Canvas (see a nice explanation and templates here: https://strategyzer.com/canvas/value-proposition-canvas. nb: i'm not affiliated with Strategyzer).

This will help you to focus why your solution provides value for people and what it solves.

Then turn around the pointer towards you and find out how this will provide value for you (hence making the minimal product VIABLE). What kind of business model will be acceptable by the users and will provide you with enough money to sustain and keep working on this.

    Couple of questions

    1. Who is it for?

    2. What problem are you solving for them?

Without knowing that its difficult to help with the answering the other questions you ask.

Hi, Nima. Good idea. I see as the next step, you have to define a metrics and see if the people are ready to use and to pay for it.
