I started a tech news website, and I don't know where to go next!
I started recently a tech news website about Africa, I had this idea that the continent needs a little bit more of attention and a news mag can cover the African tech scene and startups would be very interesting.
I have some organic reach from Google, excited friends, and fans.
But I really don't know where to go next? hire authors, advertising, investing in social media...

A good model to check out would be TechInAsia.com, which started out as a tech news site for continent that at that time was rather under-reported in English. There are similarities with what you're trying to do, I think.
