I'm looking to sell some of my side projects - where do i start?
I'm considering selling one (perhaps two) of my online side projects. Any suggestions how to go about this and any platform suggestions?
I have sold an online business before privately through Opportunity Overload (email newsletter) and avoided any fees, however, this email newsletter has since changed hands and doesn't provide this service anymore.
I'm aware of Flippa, however, I have heard mixed feedback about the platform and their fees seem extremely high!

Flippa works well for smaller projects. There are other brokers out there, the most well-known ones are Empire Flippers (https://empireflippers.com/) and FEI (https://feinternational.com/). Both of these brokers will charge higher fees than Flippa does and require that your project is of a significant size (I believe both only take businesses that generate $2,000+ of revenue per month). Both brokers have a well established track record and huge networks of qualified buyers.
If your side projects don't make the cut for one of the bigger brokers, I would go with Flippa. That is, unless you're willing to invest significant amounts of time and effort looking for a buyer.

Last year I sold my side project with http://opportunityoverload.com. It's a weekly newsletter with a few handpicked deals. I got at least 10 replies with proposals. And sold my project in a week. Recommend.
