I am working with leading Saas vendor for long time. I have a good expertise in building labor & time management system. Is it worth building my own product or market saturated with different products in that area. Any idea?

Hey, Sath,
I'd personally say not really.
There are, indeed, many products in this area, some really, really good, and a lot exist for a long time now.
Market saturation isn't always an argument, though, thus my "not really".
Best of luck!

It brings close to $ 500 million in revenue to the company and still it has lot of feature gaps. When I look at online, I see lot of products. But I am not sure how many of them are feature rich or complaint to most of the labor laws....

This is part of why market saturation isn’t always an argument to not build something: if you think you can bring something to the table that no one else has, or manage to combine features in a way no one else had, then it might be worth it; just look at project management services — there are so many of them.
