Issue with submitting projects?
Has anyone else noticed there's an issue with submitting projects to this website?
I keep submitting the data and it changes to "Awaiting Approval" .. I come back the next day and it says "Incomplete" and is asking for Revenue Data again - but it was filled in, and I've done it a few times now (how else would I get it to the Awaiting Approval stage?)
Note this is manual revenue, not the Stripe part.
It's actually happened on a couple of the items and appears to be random - anyone else?
This is still an issue.
I had 3 projects set to "Awaiting Approval" and I've just checked back now and they've gone back to "Incomplete".
So - I can't submit my projects which means there's a potential issue with others submitting new projects too.
Is there a support address to contact?
Hi Steve, I have just added a new project, and it is in "Awaiting Approval" state. I will get back to you as soon as the state changes, hopefully to the better.
Hi Steve, a product of mine has just be accepted without issues after about a day https://www.indiehackers.com/product/newreleases. Also manual revenue.
Hmm - I wonder why mine keep reverting back. They've gone back to "Incomplete" again!
