A few weeks ago I released a service called AfterIdea - it is market validation where we send leads to the survey and ask them a few questions about your idea.
Literally from day 1, I was getting requests from people to create a solution, where such leads will be sent to the website/startup, rather than to survey.

It turned out this is viable, fun and easy for me (I have a strong marketing background, I treat it as a hobby).
So I have released it, to meet the demand. To build up reviews, I am offering a 70% discount for all new members.
To keep it personal and to avoid this service to turn in to a "factory," I have limited the number of packages to 10 each month (2 sold already, 8 left as of now).
Current averages I have managed to get with this service are as follow:

602 leads
3,5% visitor to lead conversion rate
$0,02 cost per visitor

No, only free. The $0.02 is based on current price / average number of leads.

For the experienced serial launchers here, at which point of the launch process do you think using a service such as this one (at this cost range) is making sense?
I would suggest using it for larger projects - I have no recommendation for the time of using it - I always believe that you should continuously promote startup, so such a service/strategy should be used regularly.
Startup should be put in front of as many eyes as possible, perfectly over the long period.

I have little background in marketing, so pardon my question if it is stupid, but does it imply that ideally, your service is more appropriate once the startup crosses n*999€ in MRR basically?
Only if you don't have money to invest in it.
You can generate a few extra $$$mmr with it that will justify the investment.

Not really, no. I accept any niche unless it is one of the usual "no-no", so adult and gambling. If I will decide that the niche is not good, I will simply refund the package :)

Yes, if you have managed to drive traffic to your site and convert some, then this will work as well. Obviously, this will not work on a non-converting product.
I have converted LinkedIn and FB group post and direct message traffic, preparing PPC campaigns now

Can you provide examples of "viral content" that you have previously created for a customer, that generated the mentioned traffic/leads, etc?
I cannot for customer, as the work I have done to gather data was:
-1 for my own project
-2 for projects of people I worked previously with that requested for their sites to be not disclosed (one of them is rather known in his circles)

Do you need already established facebook, linkedin, twitter, and reddit accounts for this service? Or does it work if you don't have any accounts set up already with no followers?
I don't use customers accounts - its all done in a way, that makes it look more personal and natural.
