Just launched my first side project today and would like some feedback
I just launched today. The site is www.streamsocial.gg
It targets streamers, currently just on Twitch but I'll add YouTube and Mixer soon if its gaining traction. I started reaching out to some streamers today to offer extended trials or subscriptions to get the ball rolling. I would love some outside opinions. Thanks.
I've been lurking on IH for a while now, but this is my first time trying to launch something myself.
I know very little about the gaming/streaming space, but I'd say some sort of screenshot of your tool would be really helpful for your homepage. It could maybe even be a screenshot of what a sample Twitter feed would look like with the posted events.

Yeah I definitely have plans to add screen shots very soon. Trying to make myself launch fast and iterate fast. Thanks for the feedback :)
I was just about to type the same thing. I read the text but a screenshot or a demo of what the website is talking about might give me some insight into why I would want to use the service. Other than that, walls of text even though they seem like summaries of text aren't likely to convince me as much as a "visual" component.

Your website is nice and clean, but as someone who doesn't know what streamers are or what Twitch is, I'd need more explanation! Screenshots or a short video would help I think.
Congrats on the launch! Sounds like a useful product for someone that wants to get a following on Twitch.
As a bit of feedback, I was looking at your free plan for under 100 followers and noticed that you send branded tweets. I think this might be more intrusive than you think. If I would want an automated system to tweet for me, I would definitely not like to have another branding in the limited text that goes into a tweet. I think I will just not use a product in that case.

Hey Sree, yeah the plan is to add Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and others as the service grows.
Congrats on creating the service! 🙌🏻. It feels good to get something out there, right? I know it can be scary, too. But..
I guess you have to be in the streaming bizz to get it. Personally - as a non-streamer - I like to see some examples.
A couple of pics showing example notifications, screenshots of the configuration possibilities, whatever. <now I see this already was suggested in the comments> 😅
Even more important. I totally missed the CTA (Call To Action). Make that "Sign up for free" button stand out! Make it Las Vegas Style flashing shaking dancing whatever. Or just give it another color. As long as it doesn't fit in with the rest. That is just a shame as a lot of people will miss this.
Eat your own dogfood: Add the twitter feed of someone who uses the product (or yourself) and filter out the messages. That way you'll have a real life example to show off on the website.
