Glad you liked it. Personalization was big for us in getting the first 10 customers.
I have done some before and I agree, it is a great strategy early but obviously too time consuming too continue to use for small to medium prospects. Have you found any strategies to scale this more?
Such as logo insertion to a templated video OR a way to just record a 5 second intro personalized for each prospect, a seamless transition into into a templated demo, and then maybe a 5 second outro?
True. I'd probably won't do it past the first 10-20 paying customers. Unless it's a high-touch/low-volume business. But in that case you'd be probably doing calls instead.
I'm currently using an app called Bonjoro to automate personalization. It sounds like these two don't mix but it helps "semi"-automate the process. Next week I'll put together a write up on using Bonjoro.
