Looking for a 1st Tier Support Agent

Hi all!

I'm soon going to be on the hunt for a first tier support agent at Iconic. Looking for ~25 hours per month initially.

The person would be responsible for handling incoming support tickets, gathering initial information, answering questions, guiding users to the right docs, assigning tickets to the right technical support agent, etc.

If anyone is interested, or knows anyone who might be, let me know. I'll be releasing a proper job spec at some point next week, but wanted to put the feelers out on here!

I am based in the UK, so the ideal candidate would ideal have a large overlap in terms of timezone and language.
