[Meta IH] Don't re-scroll the page when posting new comments on IH

Hey,

I thought we'd probably get more attention if I posted this here instead of messaging @csallen ;). If you like my suggestion below, please upvote.

Currently, when you post a new comment in a thread on IH Community, the page will scroll from the top to your comment. This is especially noticeable if the original post is long, and your comment appears on the bottom.

I would suggest a fix that simply adds the comment in place and prevent the scroll-to animation. Thanks!
