My app won the Xero "Best new app – EMEA" award at #XDHax!
Hey folks,
A bit of an update on InView and a shout out to the IH community to say thanks for all your input and advice over the last few months.
Xero has just announced InView as the best new app for 2018 in the Europe, the Middle East and Africa regions. I'm delighted that the accountancy platform I built my app on and for has recognised my hard work, makes it all worth while!
Has anyone else here won any awards for their work recently? We should start a thread to celebrate our achievements!

Wow that is awsome.. Great product idea. What library or ? did you use for the calendar display/layout (if you don't mind saying)?
Hi @Tony, quick question, do you think it's a calendar app? I've been thinking recently that the hero image might be a bit misleading... the service gives the users of Xero an iCal calendar feed for their bills and invoices. I hope that clears it up for you! I can delve into the tech if you're still interested!

Thanks Nils, I first built the tool as an internal/personal solution to the problem. Once I told people about it, they thought it would be useful to their companies too so I designed and built the landing page around it.

Hi @James_Muir, it was a long event fromJune to September - https://xdhax.devpost.com/ so it gave people time to build something using the Xero API. It was good timing on my side as I randomly stumbled upon the competition!
