Here are my requirements:-
Live Chat feature
Custom Scoring like
User visited website in last N days
User visiting website everyday for last N days
Show dialogs to user to complete an action like "Rate Us" based on the scoring.
I have integrated customerly.io now and on a trial period.
One of the things I didn't like about customerly is that they have not put up pricing model upfront and I had to dig into it the pricing model after going into billing section.
So far, I am kinda liking it but their pricing seems high for my use case. Just wanted to know what other options I should know before selecting one.
May I ask what their pricing model looks like? I like to create small, light services -- this sounds like it would be a fun side project.

Support (Live Chat + Help Desk)
Email (Campaigns + Automations)
Feedback (Surveys + NPS)
Our prices start from €9 per month per module up to 1.000 contacts managed.
From 1.000 to 10.000 the prices are:
Support €29 per month
Email €49 per month
Feedback €29 per month
We have 14 days free trial with the possibility to extend it up to 60 days.

They have 49Euros per month (29 if paid annually) for Live chat, 59 for Email marketing & Automation (49 again if annual), 39 euros for surveys/feedback (29 if paid annually).
