Non-tech Founders running tech startups
Are you a founder with a non-technical / non-coding background ? Would want to know how you are managing tech and how you managed product development in the initial days. What are the challenges that you faced with tech in the initial days and how did you overcome them.

Before that, I hacked / hobbled together solutions to validate the idea for Tribe of Five (www.tribefive.me).
For instance, instead of building a landing page from scratch, I used Wix. And instead of building an app, I used email as my MVP and hosted various 30 day challenges so I could learn what users wanted, and why.
I think this is a great way for other non-technical cofounders to make progress early on. Put another way, don't sit there and say, "I need a technical co-founder before I can get started".
