Hi IH!
I had a deep look on Net Promoter Score services, to retrieve NPS from users of my side projects, but I hadn’t found anything that is straightforward.
I’m just looking for this three things:
1- a js script (like Google Analytics) to copy/paste in my website (one-time) ;
2- the script takes care of everything ;
3- the service gives in one page an overview of the NPS on a given period.
All services that have seen require signups, lot of configuration and try to sell CRM, chat box, etc. I want something simple so I’m considering about building one for myself.
Is anyone from the community needs something like this? Or do you have a service to suggest?
There are a bunch of companies offering a simple js solution for NPS, e.g. https://satismeter.com and https://fanexam.com
One reason why companies offer more than the simple stuff is that if you sell NPS, you need a license for $2000: http://www.netpromotersystem.com/resources/request-licensing-information.aspx
Somehow you'd need to recover this cost.
