But...
It's a two-way street. If you want us to invest time and brain-cycles into helping you improve your business, we expect you to invest time into giving us the necessary information/links etc to be able to give you good feedback in the first place :)

Probably not. Maybe if it were free. It's nothing against you or your product, but as a user I don't usually like talking to those chat bots for any reason.
