Anyone have some resources (articles, books, podcasts) you'd recommend when running up against burnout?
I'm 38 and have ridden the roller coaster of giant wins and disappointing losses a number of times by now. I'm having a hard time finding that intrinsic burn that has always been very easy to switch on.
Thanks in advance for any recommendations!

Stop. When the cup is empty you can't keep drinking from it, you need to focus on filling the cup up with things that you enjoy.
Agreed. By the time you reach burnout there are systemic failures that need to be identified and reset.
A hard reset might look like getting totally offgrid for a while so that you can look at your life from another perspective.
A sharp change in your daily routine of people, place, and activities can give you the distance to look at what system issue needs to be addressed.
There is some zen in that answer. OP. Are you sure that more podcasts, youtubes and books is what you need?
For me; Ted talks.
