Woudln't it be possible to replicate what you have already done for $100k or less? As you don't have any customers at the moment the only thing you are selling is the system..
Not that easy I'm afraid for under $100K unless ones would have an adequate workforce + time (almost 3 years in the development, I'd give 1-2 years top with more manpower to clone mine) + allocated budget to doing so. The platform is Squarespace twins, what SS can do, mine can do better in terms of its functionality and flexible business model to attract more audience: current WP users, new ones, Squarespace's, and also Shopify's. Mine has strength to draw those ones in with just the right marketing and advertising campaigns.
As you said "selling just the system without customers", from my perspective the good system itself that comes with a well-laid-out business plan are the most important factors of all for a long-term success. Please don't forget one thing, I'm selling the mothership to create a countless number of personal/business sites, the price I am asking for is very sensible. If it would be that easy for under $100K, you would have seen many of them on the market - at least a few.
This platform is the love of my life and yet as I am working on another huge project, needing to let this one go for funding on another one, more importantly I literally don't have time for handling 2 big projects.

Buy for redistribution : The new owner will possess the backbone of the site (site builder source code), they can redistribute the software to multiple buyers. The buyers can just change their set of templates and plugins.
Multiple shareholders : the price of the platform won't be your burden in this case if you aren't a startup sole trader with small budget.
