Hey everyone! I'm launching Frontloops.Elements today - new practical frontend course, but focused on building real world ui elements this time. My motivation for the first html/css course was about helping my friend to land his first frontend job and he did that filling his portfolio with Frontloops.Markup tasks. Now he is ready to level up and get a position with javascript tasks. So I'm there to help :D
I've also got featured on Product Hunt, so If you got any questions - ask either here, or in this post: https://www.producthunt.com/posts/frontloops-elements
This looks great!
I've had great success with Reddit when I posted the learning path to web development, which I launched 2 weeks ago:
https://www.reddit.com/r/learnprogramming/comments/95mdzl/learning_path_to_web_development_for_absolute/
It caused such an upsurge in the number of visitors and signups that I ended up having to upgrade my Zapier account to keep my automations!
Maybe try posting it on there, and in the webdev subreddit.
I'd be happy to do it for you if you want!
Wow, that's a nice idea! Your numbers there are amazing!
Yeah. It did well on Reddit, far better than it did on my LinkedIn, Twitter, and multiple Slack communities that I tried. I'm planning on launching a paid product/service next week, and hopefully my numbers will still be good, relatively.
I'm curious to know how you're currently marketing FrontLoops, and what you've found to be your best channels and/or marketing strategy.
Actually what I did is just launching on PH 2 times and posting to hackernews/designernews. Planning to get some ads in the future but still looking for best option.
