Show IH: indemandly - Contact forms 2.0: Typeform meets Intercom
Hey all, I'm Paige - originally from Los Angeles but living in Hong Kong (& loving it).
We recently built indemandly.com, a simple, clean and customizable contact form that you can add to your website, social media, & marketing emails - it takes less than 1min to set up & our users are seeing increases in new inquiries of up to 3x. You can change the welcome message to contextualize it (e.g. for promoting a webinar or taking demo requests when you launch a new feature), collect the info you need in as few clicks as possible (often faster than drafting out an email) and it looks great on mobile 🤓. We're only a few weeks in and we're seeing that users from a few different industries are finding it useful for receiving general inquiries, collecting event sign-ups, or taking booking requests. We're working on making the widget more dynamic and adding more customization options. Any feedback would be awesome ❤️
Immediately signed up and integrated. Loving the simplicity of it. I literally had to just inject the JS and it's good to go. Congrats on a successful launch. Is this on ProductHunt yet? Curious about the pricing model as well. What are the limitations on the tiers?
Appreciate your message - glad the sign up was smooth. Haven’t launched on product hunt yet but hope to do this in the next few weeks! It’s free with no usage limitations, and down the line we’ll add a premium tier for team plans/ integrations. Any thoughts on this?
No thoughts, I would just pull out the credit card. If you are able to provide better packages over your main competitor's pricing (Intercom), you are in for a W here. Once again, love it. Good luck team :)

Quick question - do the contact entries go straight to my email?
Yes :), when anyone submits an entry you’ll get an email that you can reply directly to (and it’ll also be in your indemandly dashboard) - so you can login as much/ as little as you’d like.

Looks cool. However it appears most of my clicks didn't register when I had ublock origin enabled. Any way or plans to fix this in future release?

It appears perhaps only upon first visit to the site, when I viewed the already expanded chat widget. When I clicked on the "contact me" box for example, nothing happened. However now on another visit, I have to first click the blue circle in the lower right hand corner which then expands the popup and now I'm able to select "contact us" just fine.
So, not sure if its something about the first visit or just was a temporary issue.
Does the scheduling component connect to my calendar to know when I'm available to block out times? A la Calendly?
Yes you can set/ block out times, and calendar integrations are coming soon.

Yes, Slack and Zendesk in the near future, and as big Trello fans ourselves we're keen integrate it at some point.

Glad to see this on here. My organisation has currently adopted this and we have seen a massive improvement in our engagement with potential clients. We are still trying to work out how we can capitalise more from this useful tool.

How were you acquiring users? Is it organic traffic or are you hunting down users?
Definitely more in the hunting down users camp right now - mainly through direct outreach and word of mouth from existing users.
