[Show IH] Revamped landing page for KegHop - WIP
Hey gang,
Last night I took it upon myself to have a go at redesigning the terrible landing page I made for our keg service, KegHop.

The current version of the landing page was built with Tachyons and Jekyll and is hosted on GitHub Pages. The updated version is built with a bootstrap theme I found from somewhere and is hosted on Netlify (which is totally awesome why didn't you tell me about it before).
As you might be able to tell, I am not a front-end developer or a designer.
I want to share this update early in order to get feedback. There is lots that need tidying up. However, focusing on the content, layout and structure, I would be super keen to hear two specific pieces of feedback from the talented IH community:

What is it you think KegHop is or does?

What are the obvious things that are missing to help communicate that better?

Yep, at least it is here in the U.K.
“Friday drinks” are pretty common, and “beer and pizza” is pretty standard at meet ups and stuff (though in both cases we try and be a bit more inclusive by also offering wine and soft drinks, too).
Hey Adam - great landing page! Overall it was clear and I understood what your service offers.
On the "KegHop provides" section...I'm torn.
On one hand, I have no need to know the details of the equipment you plan to use ("true TDD-1..."). But on the other, because you list these kind of details, and I know I don't know anything about a keg system...it also builds trust that you guys know your stuff and I should trust you.
Either way, keep up the good work!

Thanks man. Yeah, I feel much the same. The TDD-1 is totally an implementation detail, but I also feel like I need to give some information about the equipment we install.
If I could ask one more moment of your time, do you think you would be able to explain in a sentence or two what KegHop actually is?
This is how I'd pitch it (assuming I was telling a friend about it).
KegHop makes sure your office always has a good selection of craft beer
