Stripe Billing plus Octobat a viable solution?

Yo!

Our company ( www.bitesize.irish ) currently uses Chargebee for $100 per month for subscription billing (on top of Stripe).

Since moving to Chargebee, Stripe announced their cheaper Stripe Billing. The only real thing lacking there for us is billing VAT for EU customers (VAT MOSS).

Has anyone experience with Stripe Billing? Would you recommend it?
