Tell IH: 10 winners of the Productized Service challenge

Last week I posted a fun challenge on Indie Hackers. I mentioned I would help 10 Indie Hackers launch their productized service and help them get to $1000 in revenue per month. First of all, thanks a lot for all the submissions and for the time you have taken. I know you guys have poured a lot of energy into this.
I received a lot of submissions and this was hard to really pick them, all applications were really good honestly.

Some of the winners need help on developing a clear and unique value proposition, knowing exactly who their customers would be, and even set up a MVP. They will do all of this transparently, in public. Support them and reach out to them!
Next steps:

All winners of the first batch will receive an invite to a FB group tomorrow before 10pm Pacific Time. The FB group will be a place to discuss their ideas, show their work in progress, and so on.

I will talk to 5 founders on Saturday evening, and 5 founders on Sunday evening. I will discuss with them their productized service idea/business model, answer their questions, and set up with them clear action points and deliverables and will hold them accountable on it. I will also take time each week to help them.

Next week Friday (8th of June), the winners will give their first update on IH: They will introduce you their service and business model, their progress, their current revenues (if any), their obstacles. They will share everything transparently with you.

Guys - my initial write-up was about wanting to be involved in books/text, so I threw around some ideas about publishing, ghostwriting, and editing, but my winning selection was summarized by @Vinrob as a copywriting as a service. Since there are three of us in that space already, should I shift to straight up "Editing as a Service" to keep things different and interesting for us? I'm thinking maybe the 10 of us on 10 different paths will lead to more interesting results and opportunities for us to use each other's services, too.
What are your thoughts?
I think it all comes down to what you're feeling up for.
Go the direction you feel you can provide the best service, in the best way and to the best/right customers. Pretty sure @Vinrob will give you good guidance during your call too.
The whole idea of using each other's services is super interesting - looking forward to seeing how that plays out. :)
Doing the "best service, in the best way, and to the best/right customers" is great advice from @jhberk.
I've bounced around several ideas that I'm passionate about but eventually stuck to sales copywriting/articles/proofreading as a service because it was my lowest hanging fruit due to my experience and my thinking that I could fit it well into the business model of productized services.
It'll definitely be interesting to see how we can complement each other by partnering in the future (maybe through referring our clients or working together on a larger project)

I have Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and WeChat already. I can download and use anything, really, just waiting to get an update on what we're doing.

I may very well be wrong but I think that's the direction @Vinrob is looking to go into.
Yup though right now as a small disclaimer: I do it strictly for the sake of helping others and I still need to be quite focused on Manypixels, but yes I think it's an interesting market to explore, there are not a lot of information on it, and I might want to do something later in that niche :) But for now: Just for fun!

Can you explain what were the things lacking in my and other productized services which didn't get chosen?
Like who havn't got selected does that means they have chosen wrong service to productize them?
Hey Biku,
I am not an expert on productized service. I have had a moderate success with my current project (and also ran a previous service where I ran an online relocation agency for international students) so I cannot say your idea is good or bad.
Honestly, a lot of applications were good. I mentioned before I had no strict formula (or no formula at all) to pick the winners.
As regard to your productized service: Do not get discouraged! -- Reach out to me and I'll certainly be able to see how I can help / answer some of your questions.
Finally -- To make this concept work I had to pick out winners so I could offer personalised advices. That said, I do intend to open source all our learnings at some point and you'll benefit from transparency reports from the team.
