Using SLACK for support? How to lock down #general

Hey,

I would like to use slack for talking to my key clients. Basically for support. But I would love not to allow them to talk to each other. So Client A can't see Client B.

Is it possible?

When I add them, they can see #general room so they can talk to each other.

    Add them as a single channel guests and put them all in one channel https://get.slack.help/hc/en-us/articles/202518103-Multi-Channel-and-Single-Channel-Guests

      This. It requires a paid account.

      We are also trialing Shared Channels where you connect a channel in your workspace with a channel in your customers slack account.
