What are you? Dev looking for designers? Designers looking for devs? Business person?

This not an attempt at indie hacking match making, but if it happens, it happens.

I'm curious to know what the composition is of the IndieHacker community? How many of us are devs looking for designers? Or designers looking for devs? Perhaps you are a business/marketing or ideas person looking for both coders a devs?

I'm sure there amongst us, is the rare breed who is a full-stack IndieHacker, who can design, develop, and do BD. Show your face, tell your story!

How many of you have products, in stealth or live, and are looking for support or a partner in crime to take it to the next level? How many of you have ideas but haven't started because they feel lack skills or a partner?

Do you already have a team? Or are building one?

Let's mingle.

    Hi @cliffort!

I started out as a developer with a knack for design, and moved after to product design (but still cranking out those builds!) with some business and economics understanding in the mix.

My current struggle is with business development, or to put it short "How to launch and grow". I have a lot to learn in this regard (and to practice!), and it is my current area of focus from a personal development perspective.

I joined IH to be more involved in the community, share ideas (and assumptions), improve through osmosis, and finally get over the launchophobia.

    How about you?

Please tell us more about yourself.

My background is in UX and product design. I find myself gravitating to business development and strategy. I do keep up with the tech side of things, self learning and researching as much as I can, but I am not a developer.

In the startups I've worked in I've mainly been doing UX and product design, as well as business operations and strategy. This has put in the position of recruiting and onboarding new team members including devs.

I find the bootstrappy nature and culture of IH appealing, so I'm happy to be a part of it. To learn and contribute where I can.

With that said, finding quality and trustworthy technical partner is a priority of mine, for my own projects.

@Omar do you have active projects or projects you're waiting to launch?
