Gonna take a lot more than $5 to solve that.

@Enmoore for which service do you need leads at that rate

Plenty of B2B SaaS products have affiliate programs that pay a generous percentage, some for the lifetime of the customer not just for a few months.
This is not necessarily something you should try with new products, such as the ones on here. As an affiliate marketer, you want to make sure the company is capable of converting the traffic you bring them as well as possible so that you don't waste your time and opportunities. As the company, you want to hire only affiliate marketers you can trust, so that they don't spam the internet with your product name and ruin your brand.
Plenty of SaaS and mobile app businesses are happily giving the marketplaces built by Google, Apple, Heroku, Github, etc., 30% of their revenue (and accepting 1-2 months delay in payment) in order to have the customer acquisition problem dealt with.
I guess it depends where you are in the world. I’m in the U.K. so $5 won’t buy me much, but £5 is about the price of a (nice) pint in the pub, so I’ll go with that.
Problems I wish could be solved for £5:
proof reading a blog post or email newsletter
finding someone’s email address (i.e. prospecting a specific target)
lunch
book a restaurant / fight / hotel / whatever
curate me a list of podcast episodes that I will like
decide what to watch on Netflix after I’ve said “meh” to literally everything on there
arrange an appointment or meeting for me
a (nice) pint in the pub
Having written all that out, I think a lot of the (more serious) tasks are Virtual Assistant type jobs. Interesting...

Oh and post stuff for me. I have a genuine inability to get a physical letter into an actual postbox. These are usually forms or birthday cards, and they are aways late, if delivered at all. Come to my house, collect the letter, I will give you £5.

If only I could trust you, I'd happily give you 30% of this: https://hostedmetrics.com/#pricing :)
Thank you
