What has been your experience using PR firms/service? Good? Bad? Frustrations?
I recently used a PR service (prumio.com) and it didn't go well at all. I've heard mixed stories about other PR services/firms and I'm curious as to what sort of experience others have had and if you've had any success?
I don't have a lot of experience using those but I am not surprised that your experience wasn't great.
I really suggest doing this yourself, as your goal should be to build a long-term relationship with the reporters directly.
I am currently in the process of doing it myself but was also curious as to the experience of others. I'd like to post my experience on IH after. Could be interesting.
