I would recommend Gumroad.

Someone on indie hackers just launched a service that deals with selling digital downloads like PDFs literally a few days ago! Might be worth checking out https://www.zipsell.org/

I've used Gumroad before and would suggest you give it a go. It's easy for non-technical people to use it and manage.
