What SaaS has the best + minimal UI you've seen?

I've always liked TJ Holowaychuk's Ping. It's an uptime monitoring tool. It has a free trial if you want to explore the app's UI.

A lot of Zeit's stuff is pretty. They make cloud computing tools.

I made everpage.io very minimal (pictures here). It's a landing page builder, and you don't need to sign up to try it out.

And anything by Dustin Curtis is beautiful – Svbtle, Conquer Earth, and Magic Signup.

I'm also going to 'shamelessly' cast a vote for https://www.cozycal.com/ here. In a crowded scheduling SaaS space, we try to stand out with our minimal design and make it as easy as possible to navigate for non-tech savvy users.

It's not 100% minimal, but I've been of fan of the pared-back UI for Bear Writer. Switched from Evernote's bloated feature set to a Bear and haven't looked back.
