Or, do you keep track of your mood?
Self care apps are booming https://techcrunch.com/2018/04/02/self-care-apps-are-booming/ generating around USD$27 million globally just in the first quarter of this year.
Calm and HeadSpace (meditation apps) are the top two companies in the mobile apps environment, and I think there's a new field to pay attention to: Voice.
I have been developing a mood tracker for the Amazon Alexa-enabled devices (Amazon Echo, Smartphones with the Alexa app installed, etc...)
I really believe that voice-first apps can help us have better conversations with ourselves. They provide us with a more natural way to discuss our emotions and reframe our thinking.
What are your thoughts about this? Do you see yourself asking a bot "how did I on Friday?"
I use Daylio
Oh thanks for sharing that Ohad. For how long have you been using it? How many time a day do you report your mood/activities?
Once a day, 8pm. I'm on a 204 day streak now.
Oh wow man! congrats! I think the only 204 day streak I have is going to the bathroom. Not even taking a shower! ahaha.
Thanks again for sharing this
😂Same here - it's just really easy to report my mood. As easy (or easier) than going to the bathroom.
