Where did you learn how to sell?

I'm as good as ready with my new business, https://www.reviewtycoon.com - A SaaS that will let you create and operate reviewsites very easily.
Last Friday I was at a convention to talk to some people from my industry and I had to do my first sales pitches. Although I don't mind talking to people and most of the people I talked to were already acquaintances, I found it difficult to sell my product to them.
I think I need to get better at this and need some books/blogs to learn more. Where did you learn how to sell?

The topic isn't a bad one to talk about and might be worth a dedicated thread, though.

It's more an issue of misleading titles. It's really frustrating to click through one to find that it was a sales pitch masquerading as a question.
If it were titled something like "How should I pitch my review site builder?" it would have been totally congruent.
In hindsight you're absolutely right. It was not my intentions to make a clickbait title to promote my site. Mentioning it was more to let people know what kind of sales I was doing (low touch sales to experienced business owners).
Let me make a new topic but I still need to learn how to sell :)
