One must remember that without a set of interviews, you will unlikely get a good conversion rate.
What you need to do is ask your visitors a simple question: "what is the project about?". Analyze their answers, do corrections, ask again.
You may think that your landing page is genius, engaging and informative. But objectively speaking, your website is always a set of assumptions which are to be tested and improved 🙂
