Would you be interested in being on a goal tracking platform together?

Hi! I've been bootstrapping Squadlytics for about a year now, and after doing a pivot in July I just onboarded our first user on the new beta yesterday (yay!).

The way it works is quite simple:

  1. Create a project, pick how often you want updates (weekly, monthly, quarterly)

  2. Set some goals

  3. Update your progress every week

The app will send you reminders if you miss on updates, and if you keep forgetting it will "downgrade" your goals. You can read more about the idea and how it works here.

It's targeting teams that have different owners for goals but after chatting with some people I thought that I could start a workspace for people working on the projects. We could give each other feedback on our own goals and check how we are progressing. Of course, it would help me get a lot more feedback and make the platform better, but I'm also hoping that it will be helpful to the community.

Let me know if you're interested, I can create that workspace and invite people right away!

Edit: if you're interested in having your own workspace you can also sign up for the beta on https://squadlytics.com

    Hey Sten,

Congrats about onboarding your first beta user yesterday! That is huge.

In the spirit of trying to help, I wanted to give you some feedback.

As I was reading your post, I was thinking, "this is a lot like my project" (www.tribefive.me for reference). But then I read the details on your landing page and realized I'm now confused what your product actually does.

    So here is some feedback!

You should put up a few screenshots of your app in action! This would be really helpful for me to understand what you mean when you say things like,

"Ditch the spreadsheets and emails. With simple updates and powerful reporting, Squadlytics helps you track status in an easy and flexible way - whether it's for projects, OKRs or goals."

At the moment, it makes me think too hard whether your app is more like Basecamp or a Jira or a Gantt chart or some sort of Trello board. And because I have to think too hard...I can't decide if this is right for me =(

Hope this feedback is helpful and leads you one step closer to onboarding more customers =)

    Good luck on your project!

    Jonathan

      Hey thanks for the feedback!

You should put up a few screenshots of your app in action!

I agree with you and will put some soon.

Edit: TribeFive looks great, and it's definitely what I was suggesting people to do with my product. But the main use case is different in our case as it's targeting internal teams.
