Your opinion on a free web package for a fast product testing and leads acquisition

I'd like to consult with you a new service that we could spawn from our business.
It's good old free landing pages, but there's more:

Simply edit copy, or use an advanced builder to customize the page.

Free hosting and custom domain setting.

Free out-of-the-box analytics.

Free contact form and email signups (easily export later).

Free intercom-like live chat.

Dealing with GDPR etc.

A nicely priced "assisted page building" package. In case you need to save time, not just money.

More fundamental tools for free as the platform grows.
The gist is a "complete landing page package for free" (excl. domain cost) to get you started as fast as possible and let you start collecting leads, engage with them and explore fundamental analytics.
If and when you grow, you'll be able to pick up premium addons and services, including a high-quality [semi-]automated marketing, so that you can focus on your product and customer engagement.
Does this sound interesting, or is it completely redundant already? 🤔

Hey @andy_f, Looks like a nice idea. Actually, the whole package of features you have mentioned looks interesting. But it will also depend upon the pricing you set.
There are multiple tools/services in the market which provide subset of the features mentioned. Unique value you are providing is all the features under one umbrella so that user does not have to integration mulitple things.
A word of caution, take it with grin of salt.
If your_price >>> existing tools + integration, then probably people can spend a day or two and go with existing tools in the market. Reason being, it is not very difficult to integrate these services. The have done very hard work and an awesome job to make integration really easy.

The unique value we have in mind is being as close to "instant" as possible when you want to create a landing page with all the contemporary must-haves such as the live chat etc. Meaning you don't need to look for the services, integrate them and often spend bucks from the beginning.
This package with all the today's fundamentals would be free. The tools wouldn't definitely be as complex as the originals but they would provide just what you need when you are starting.
Then, once your business takes off and you need to establish a full-fledged online presence, this platform would seamlessly allow you to turn your landing page into a full website. Our idea with this higher tier is to pre-integrate some of the established services and make deals with them to give our users a special price.
Well, in this case, it would be awesome. I can't recall if such a service exists and I would be very happy to test such a thing out for my own use cases. Go man and all the best!

As I understand it, it would be Carrd.co with more features, right? Personally, I think that it could be useful to many, I use Carrd.co but things like Free intercom-like live chat or Free out-of-the-box analytics (with detailed actions and worflows of the user), would be a huge plus for me.
Yes, Carrd.co is a good example of the core part. But then, as you pointed out, this core part would come in a package with other vital tools. On top of that, the platform would allow your landing page to grow into a full website. And there would also be an option for completely managed & unlimited websites (hosting, design, revisions etc.).

Something I noticed from your post is that you describe 'what you do' but not 'why I should care' as a customer.
What's the problem you're solving for me as a founder? How are you better than however I do it now?
Make that crystal clear to me before trying to get me interested in how it works ...
As for the idea itself, I have no idea whether it will work. I'm not your ideal customer, because I've put together so many landing pages over the years that I have my own toolset now for getting a good one up with all of the features quickly.
You do seem to be in a crowded space though, and founders notoriously have very little money to spend on their initial infrastructure.
Is there perhaps a niche you could be the #1 in? For example 'everything you need to get your yoga business off the ground'?
By specialising in a narrow vertical, you can quickly become the best and expand from there. Going toe to toe with product hunt (ship) etc might be less fruitful...
