Ballroom dancer is super niche keyword, it would very difficult to drive result using SEO, you can piggyback on keyword for fitness tracker and dance tracker.
As the app is mobile only, better to focus on ASO at first(add the keywords to the description on the store) around fitness, dance and other long tail keywords.

Even image based pages can get traffic using image search by focusing on alt tag but you would need to showcase some content without login/subscription which will allow the search engine to crawl.
Google does not crawl behind a login or subscription page.
