10 months later, 10x more to give🚀

When I sat down with Mauricio (DailyBot's founder) 10 months ago, I was curious to know what could be so cool that I could sacrifice my independence to join the team.

At this time, I wasn't aware of the chatbot revolution that had been in the works for a while now, and it surprised me to see that there were other ways to do things at work after all.

Perhaps, we could cut back on meetings. Maybe eradicate them, if we were feeling edgy, at least for some (long) periods of time. Perhaps there was a way around tedious work, and it involved the same chat rooms I had been using for day-to-day contractor work.

So I said yes. Yes to new adventures, to challenge. Ten months later, it feels like I've switched to a whole new company because of how different everything looks like month after month. 👾

And I couldn't be more proud to be a part of all these changes. Especially when you factor in all your team's effort and wins over time, and you see it all, clear, like in the friggin' matrix!

Today something is clear: DailyBot has grown 10x since I came here, which means 10x more possibilities for the teams that are using it. 🛸

  • 10x more power and scale, reach. ➔ Less outages, more precision, more reliability.
  • 10x more features for customization. ➔ More independence and self-reliance. (Great for self-managed teams)
  • 10x more lessons and guided templates. ➔ Less time planning, sorting, aligning goals.
  • 10x more customers, more check-ins, income. ➔ More value per dollar spent on DailyBot.

And the best part is that we all did this by taking advantage of the same product philosophy we use to provide any value to DailyBot users, a simple perspective, and perhaps, what you can take out of all this if there's that one thing to remember:

You can't just keep people motivated by giving them new tasks; you've got to connect the dots between what they do every day and what helps them further the bigger picture.

So that's that. Today, the mission is here, on earth, on IH, on ProductHunt, but DailyBot is an alien (our alien), and we don't know where the next stop is. Just grateful to be on board. 👨‍🚀
